Cooks clash in Chili Super Bowl, and more this 7 days in the Major Nation

BUFFALO Hole — Cooks from throughout the Big Place will be experiencing off this weekend at  the 39th annual Chili Tremendous Bowl & Brisket Cook dinner Off at the Old Settlers Grounds, about six miles south of Abilene.

Situations start at 9 a.m. equally Saturday and Sunday, with chili, rooster and ribs Saturday and brisket, bean and desserts Sunday. “People’s Option” voting open up will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
