Spicy Pineapple Rooster

Ingredients:

2-teaspoons Seasoned salt

2-teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes

2-contemporary Green Chile peppers, seeded and finely chopped

4-medium Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

&frac12-cup Refreshing orange juice

3-medium Green onions, sliced

2-cups Pineapple tidbits, drained

1-cup Plums, pitted and sliced

1-tablespoon Brown sugar, packed

&frac12-cup Cherries, sweet and pitted

Nonstick cooking spray

Pasta or rice (optional)

Directions:

Mix in a tiny bowl, seasoned salt, crushed crimson pepper flakes, and eco-friendly Chile peppers. Sprinkle and pat down combination evenly about hen breasts rub in with your fingers and marginally massage the chicken breasts. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Preheat skillet about medium warmth. Insert hen cook for about 10 minutes or until finally chicken is tender with no pink, turning the moment. Transfer to a serving platter and retain heat.

Incorporate 2 tablespoons of the fresh new orange juice and the green onions to the skillet. Cook dinner and stir about medium warmth for about 5 minutes or right up until green onions are nice and tender.

In a medium bowl combine remaining clean orange juice, half of the pineapple tidbits and fifty percent of the sliced pitted plums, and brown sugar. Add to skillet. Prepare dinner and stir around medium heat about 3 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Remove from warmth. Stir in cherries and remaining pineapple tidbits and sliced plums spoon over rooster. If sought after provide with sizzling cooked pasta or rice by following the instructions on the bundle of pasta or rice.
